About Kim

I'm Kim, and I know how it feels to be a busy perfectionist with no time to take care of yourself.  You feel lost.  Like there is so much of your energy going towards your commitments and those you care for - it's impossible to find time for yourself.   You get stuck in idea mode, generating more "to-dos" but never actually taking solid steps towards your goals.  You lack the time.  You lack the motivation (or so you think).  You feel like you must just not have "what it takes" to lead a healthy lifestyle.

It's HARD and it's LONELY.

BUT - it doesn't have to be!  

I've created a community to help you take small steps towards your own health.  Where you are celebrated for ACTION and we recognize ALL OF YOUR WINS.   

We concentrate on three main areas of growth.

2. Growing Your Mind
3. Spreading Sunshine.

I've created my BODY MIND SUNSHINE COMMUNITY to support you as you actively work on these goals. 

It's like your very own Asynchronous Virtual Wellness Gym filled with like-minded women looking to better themselves and show up for their families. 

And - since it's all virtual -we're here for YOU on YOUR OWN SCHEDULE.  So you can still show up for ALL OF YOUR OTHER COMMITMENTS!
